Yes. We believe in full transparency. The flat fee includes recruitment, payroll, compliance, HR, and office workspace. Employees also receive 100% of their negotiated salary — no cuts.
Where will my employees work?
Your employees will work from Remotee’s modern coworking office in Madurai, India; also called Luminspace. Each hire gets a dedicated desk with 24/7 access, lounges, phone booths, pantry, and meeting rooms.
How quickly can I make my first hire?
We can help you onboard your first employee in as little as one week, depending on your requirements and role complexity.

How does Remotee handle compliance?
We act as your Employer of Record (EOR) in India. This means we handle all payroll, tax, and labor law compliance so you can expand risk-free.

Our client app gives you real-time access to CCTV monitoring, attendance tracking, and (soon) leave and payslip management. You’ll always have visibility and control.
Why shouldn’t I just hire freelancers?

Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. There is a 1-year commitment. However, if you need to discontinue, you only need to provide a 3-month notice period.

Absolutely. All employees sign NDAs, and our office infrastructure includes restricted access, monitored systems, and compliance with international data protection standards.
